No roundup this week!

Friday 16 Feb

Howdy!

This week I spent some time giving feedback to the UX students at Norwich University of the Arts on their project submissions. I saw a range of interesting ideas and it great to see the unencumbered creativity of minds unsullied by the politics and nonsense pirouetting of business. I’d recommend it sometime, go chat with some students. You’ll be inspired and encouraged for the future, I promise.

Anyway, there’s no roundup this week as I’m currently away cheering on my wife as she does her second marathon, this time in Seville. As you can imagine, when she mentioned she was going to travel to Spain to do a marathon, I was very quick to offer to hold her bags for her. It’s the husbandly thing to do.

But I have been collecting some interesting stories so you’ll have a bumper episode next week, you lucky thing.

Until then, have a good one.

Cheers.

Thanks for reading.

I know we’re now in a recession, but you got this.

As you’re here to the end, here’s my thought for the week to leave you on:

Design is inherently optimistic. That is its power.
